Let’s look back two years: Danielle French is 27 years old and weighs 84 kilograms. She looks into the mirror and thinks: “I hardly fit in my clothes anymore.” And she is afraid that she will make a bad figure on her upcoming wedding. The mortgage consultant decides to change something – and completely reverses her life.

“After my engagement, I only increased until March 2015 and was as thick as never before, I hardly fit into any of my clothes,” she tells the Daily Mail . She did not want to look at her wedding photos and hate her own look.

So she made the decision to lose weight massively until her wedding in November 2016.

“I remember shooting these pre-pictures and hiding them from a folder on my phone. At that time I hated to look at them! Now I am so glad that I can look back and see how far I have come. I do not even remember being that person. “

Instagram motivates to lose weight

At first the Englishwoman did not know how to take so much weight off so quickly: “I was so unhappy with my weight and tried so many diets I could never hold onto,” she explains. For this reason she turned to Instagram. “I began to follow Instagram accounts about weight loss, and there were so many inspirational women who have decreased.” She decided to equal them.

She created an account on which she documented her way to the dream weight, and took part in the slimming program “Slimming World”. And, lo and behold, one year she lost 32 kilograms and could go to the altar in the fall of 2016 with her dream figure.

Weight loss changed her life

Losing weight has changed her life from the ground up. “Before I took it off, I hated to go out with friends because I felt uncomfortable in everything I was wearing.”

Instead of wearing chic clothes, she lived in leggings and wide tops to hide her weight gain. “Besides, I was really unsporting and always out of breath as soon as I walked more than a mile.”

Now Danielle is much more self-conscious – and has rediscovered her old passion for shopping. “I no longer feel like the fat one among my friends and I love to make me go and go out.”

Danielle is convinced that she is not only the success of the weight loss program: “I do not think I could have done it without my Instagram site and the support of my great subscribers.”
